I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Kari Ingram. She has been a second and third
grade teacher at Riverside for nine years. She is presently the gifted and talented teacher for third
grade. Mrs. Ingram came to Riverside as a student teacher through Dixie State University. She
immediately adapted to the school environment, and added her personality and charisma to better
the school atmosphere and culture.
Mrs. Ingram is a team player and always has the best interests of her students, and the school at
large, at heart. She is a confident instructor and manages the classroom effortlessly. The children
admire Mrs. Ingram. She appropriately commands respect, but is genuinely caring and interested in
each of her students.
Mrs. Ingram is a dedicated worker and demonstrates her leadership abilities in several capacities.
She is very technologically skilled and learns new skills and concepts readily. She attends all of her
professional trainings and has gone above and beyond the call of duty for her job requirements. She
is respected among the staff and students at Riverside. We have benefited from her hard work and
extra mile attitude. She would be an asset to any school.
