capacity of peer educator for University Tutorial and Supplemental Instruction (UTS!) at the University of Texas at
Arlington (UTA).
Shabbir has been employed at UTSI since September 2015, and attended tutor training at the commencement of his
position, in addition to on-going training during his time with our department.
During the time that I have known him, Shabbir has demonstrated professionalism; effective communication; and
dedication to assisting his fellow students at UTA. He is always reliable and committed to his work. His positive
and helpful demeanor is well received by the students he assists. His work with students is always of a high
standard and he has made a significant contribution in establishing a positive learning environment within UTSI.
