Project Title: Terminal Decongestion
Description: To enhance the flow of passengers and baggage, by reducing congestion in the terminal building mainly
focusing on departures and other areas of the airport.
-Identified the pain-points for passengers which were leading to high congestion and affecting operational performance.
-Data collection and analysis using techniques ANOVA and Chi Square test (Forecasting techniques)
