Position: Intership ;
 Working as a trainee in the best Japanese Restaurant in Malaysia.
 Working with one day full system and learned the basic duties of Japanese Cuisine in
Nikata Section, Sushi Section, Agemono Section, Yakimono Section, Teppanyaki
Section, and Cold Kitchen
 Responsible to understand all basic duties operational in every working section of
kitchen.
 Assist the Sous Chef for preperation and cook in Nikata Section according to standard
recipes.
 Maintain to work effsiency during working hours.
 Maintain to survive in a whole new environment.
 Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
