hear yourself
there

jump up and
down, skip, sing,

appreciate
YOURSELF,

acknowledge
how amazing
and inspiring you
really are!

private and
safe, go ahead
and release any
tension – it can
be very healing
8. Use affirmations
When the going gets
tough......affirmations
will get you through a
sticky situation...
Say to yourself:
“I can handle this”
“I’m OK”
“It will work out”
“I’m feeling calm and
relaxed”.
“I can do it”
9. Pause and breathe
Stop what you are
doing, take in a deep
breath, from your
diaphragm, and
count to 10 as you
let it go....
