- Who are these houses APPEALING to?And are they presenting themselves as being appealing?? Now it is not my intent today to make fun of, slander or cause harm to those who’s pictures I will be discussing today. It is my intent to point out the difference between what I consider “Staging” and what others consider “staging”.I want to show you how and why my staging is successful at selling homes while others may not be.The photos that I will be showing you today are side by side comparisons of homes that are currently staged and on the market as we speak in Mount Vernon and Burlington.The comparison on the right side are photos of my staged homes that fit the exact criteria that I mentioned before.
