2. Monique and James have quit their
stressful full-time jobs in the city of
Manchester, England, and have
moved to a small town in the New
Forest District at the south of
England. There, they have opened a
small dessert bakery. They now make
their own original desserts and sell
them in their own cyber-café and
shop.
3. The business is doing well and has
just registered its 45,000th
customer. Most of their customers
are tourists, but they have also
started to sell their products online.
The unusual thing about their
desserts is they use natural fruit
juice to make new and interesting
flavor combinations.
4. Pahl and Caroline haven't moved
to the countryside but they have
started a small business in
London. They make bread in
their kitchen at home and they
sell it to the neighbors. Each
week the neighbors ring the
doorbell and collect some bread.
5. Pahl and Caroline have made
lots of new friends and they
have got to know a lot of
people in their neighborhood.
From this small beginning,
their business has grown into
a successful company.
