Get ready to tackle any imaging problem with the ImageXpress® Micro Confocal System. Proprietary hardware and
software including AgileOptix™ technology enables unparalleled acquisition speed*. Compare the acquisition time on 1-, 2-,
and 3-color assays performed in 96-, 384-, and 1536-well plates.
Confocal technology at the speed you
would expect of widefield imaging
*Reported throughput data based on in-house biological samples acquired with
the following parameters: 20X Plan Apo, 1X binning, full frame, acquiring to local
database. 1-color: DAPI, 2-color: DAPI / GFP, 3-color: DAPI /GFP /TxRed. Actual results
may vary based on sample brightness and other acquisition parameters.

Confocal
With the ability to screen nearly 200,000 wells/day in confocal mode or >200,000 wells per day in
widefield mode*, why not choose imaging for your primary screen?
Exceedingly high throughput,
exceptionally rich data
Minutes/plate
Performing live/dead, marker expression, or gross morphology assays
has never been easier. A proprietary algorithm of the ImageXpress® Micro
systems enables four wells to be captured at once on a 1536-well plate,
thereby quadrupling throughput. With robust analysis that can keep up with
acquisition, blaze through a focused library in a day or a million wells in a
week, and still get high quality, information rich data with the confidence
you need to move forward.
*Reported throughput data based on acquiring samples with a 4X objective, full frame, acquiring to local
database. 1-color: DAPI, 2-color: DAPI / GFP, 3-color: DAPI /GFP /TxRed. Extrapolation to wells/day assumes
2 color acquisition, 30 seconds for robotic plate transfer, and 24 hour day (4 wells per image at 4X). Actual
results may vary based on sample brightness and other acquisition parameters.
