IV. Job Description
+Responsible for managing the tooling process.
+Ensure shoes are well engineered as well as meeting design aesthetic requirements.
+Prototypes from initial concept to final confirmation inclusive of molds.
+ Prepares detailed techpackage on selected projects for factory partners following throught
to completion of project .
+Partners with designer to ensure the relization of their design brief, that the specifications
of designs are accurate and can be produced.
+Ability to listen to designers, understand their requirements and integrate comments,
suggestions and ideas .
