COVERIS now is the 6th largest plastics packaging company in the world. Job Description I Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. Clients are usually technical staff from non-retail organizations, such as factories, public utility providers, and local authorities. - Receive and analyze customer’s technical complaints to identify the problem. - Visit customer’s premises to verify the root cause of the technical problem. - Offering after-sales support services. - Advise customers on technical issues to avoid reoccurrence of problems. - Test new samples at customer’s side to validate and provide the needed assistance. - Regularly visits customers to ensure material performance is appropriate. - Inform warehouse with the returns resulting from the complaints.
