Infancy: The stage
when we are babies
we learn to walk, chew
food and
communicate.
Childhood: They
acquire skills such
as walking, talking
and reading. And be
autonomous.
3. Adolescence: The stage when the reproductive system of boys and girls reach
maturity and can reproduce.

6. Sperm:
Are very small, and they have three parts: Head, Neck and Tail.
Ovum:
These eggs mature during puberty and are then ready to be fertilised.
Have three parts: Cytoplasm, Membrane, Nucleus.
7. 1. Every 28 days an egg is pushed along Fallopian tube towards the uterus.
2. Sperm enter through the vagina and reach the Fallopian tube.
3. A sperm reaches the egg, gets inside it and fertilises it.
4. The zygote starts to divide and forms a embryo.
5. The embryo implants in the uterus.
8. It’s made of nine months.
1st Trimester
The heart beats and small buds, that will become the arms and legs,
appear.
2nd Trimester
Fingers open and close and its eyes.
3rd Trimester
The foetus grows and gains weight.
9. Birth
The baby comes out of the mother’s body by the labour.
The labour has three stages:
First stage: The muscles of the uterus contract.
Second stage: The baby is born.
Third stage: The placenta is expelled through the vagina.
Lactation
Mother’s breasts produce milk.Babies can also have formula milk.
