  5. 5. Hardware: computer input devices. <ul>Computer input devices are hardware devices used to input information and instructions from the user to the computer. </ul><ul>Computer input devices include: <li>Keyboard.

  17. 17. Software. <ul>Software means programs for directing the computer about what to do and how to work. </ul>
  18. 18. Operating system. <ul>An operating system is the most important software that runs on your computer. Operanting system do things that reading text and sending letters to the monitor. </ul><ul>For example: <li>Windows 98.

  21. 21. Other computer terms. <ul><li>Internet/world wide web (WWW): The Internet is a network of computers that communicate with each other.
  22. 22. Website: A website is information in words and pictures provided on electronic pages that are accesible over the Internet.
  23. 23. E-mail: E-mail is a common way of passing information from one computer to another via the Internet.
  24. 24. File: A file is a collection of information that a computer uses. </li></ul>
