• The Fund will cover the cost of the Accelerator for each company selected, in return
for first refusal rights on follow-on investment.
• Companies that complete the programme and demonstrate increased customer
traction across Europe and the USA will be considered for will receive “A” round
funding of up to £5m.
• Exit from each investment will be by a trade sale to one of the investment partners,
a third party or via a secondary/management buyout.

• Ourpreference is to be the first institutional investor; our reason for this is that we
believe it is the way we can be involved early enough to add the most value
alongside our other Investment Partners. Further down the line, there are usually
fewer opportunities to add value and an investment becomes more about funding
which is not the purpose of the vehicle.
• By covering the cost of our Accelerator programme we will provide seed
investment, but only as a pre-cursor to a larger investment as we ultimately see
ourselves as quality rather than quantity investors, and aimto have a meaningful
stake in our portfolio companies.
• We will invest £250K through the Accelerator and if selected up to £5M in Series
