Dan Stewart began his career at Char-Broil in 1989 as a Product Development Engineer where he reported directly to Armand Murphy and was responsible for developing new products and engineering evaluation methods. Over the years, Dan's responsibilities and impact have increased, and in his most recent role in Manufacturing Engineering, his efforts have positively impacted Char-Broil's entire product line. a Product Development Engineer. _ At that time he reported directly
to me, then a Product.Development Manager
Dan's responsibilities required not only the development of
innovatJ-ve, new products and product features, but the engineering
of diagnostic methods and criteria through which new coneepts could
be evaluated. Dan met the challenges of this position with the
highest degree of professibnal competence. His analytical
reisoning and strong engineering ski11s allowed him to make sound
tactical judgements and arrive quickly at accurate conclusions.
