capacity of Projects Superintendent. Toney has been an outstanding employee and has
demonstrated strong character, work ethic, and loyalty toward this company.
His job performance exceeded our expectations. He is intelligent and skilled, but more importantly
he is a strong and capable manager. His strengths and capabilities include project estimating,
scheduling, and he created and provided any type of report/computer generated items required by
the clients. He secured and interacted with subcontractors and employees using his team building
skills. He did this by using his natural people skills and intuitive leadership. Toney has the
knowledge and the initiative to see what needs to be done on a project and executes, he does not
need or wait to be instructed on every single detail. He understands concurrently overseeing
multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion within the projects’ established schedules. He
did this while creating and emphasizing a safe project site environment. He has demonstrated that
he has strong and creative problem-solving skills.
Toney has been able to work effectively with difficult individuals, thereby gaining the respect and
