  1. Operating a business has his challenges. Everyday you have to make a decision that affects your employees. Whether you decide what kind of coffee you need to buy for your office, how much you spend for recruiting or which software is best for managing your sale’s pipeline? So we get it, you were a lot of hat. But ensure on top of all of that, managing your customer relationship is your major priority.
  2. So for ensure that we are going to manage very well a customer relationship, we have to use a CRM.
  3. So if you don’t know the exact definition of CRM. It doesn’t matter you are not the only person.
  4. In general, Using a CRM system will dramatically improve your business and boost your profit. It’s general concept but the real question is what’s CRM actually mean for a business? Why it’s a necessary to have customer system in place ?
  5. CRM in his simplest form is a way to manage Leads :  people who are interesting to your business, and your existing customers in a most efficient way possible to extract the most value. By value i mean money. Most speciffically, it refers to the system that company uses to analyse customer interaction and major data throughout the customer Lifecycle.
  6. The role of CRM is to improve relationship with customers to retention and acquisition. And when you are able to effectivelly manage your lead and your customers, at the end Leads will become your customers. Customers will become your loyal advocates and customer have a better experience with your company.
  7. Whether you are a small business looking for a place to store information and have a accessibility accross multiple devices. Or you are a large business that want to manage customer interaction and improve customer satisfaction. You definitively need a CRM. Many company usually try to solve his issue using spreadsheet, email before realizing that it’s never to late to use CRM system because it simply make everything much easier.
