Vizz WiFi is a customer relaonship management system designed for retailers to be able to 
manage their exisng customer base, and aract new customers as well as reward their best 
customers. 
Our soluon offers a safe WiFi hotspot to your customers and in return, the venue can capture 
their details as well as a Facebook like or a Twier follow. 
To access the free WiFi they simply log in via their social media accounts. 
This informaon can be viewed via our online portal. There the Manager has a host of features 
such as customer analycs, a drag and drop splash page where he/she can update special 
offers, as well as an automated voucher tool message broadcasng to all social media 
pla'orms.

Secure WiFi for you and your guests 
By using the Vizz WiFi router, you clients will only access the internet and not your 
private network. This protects your network from Remote Aacks, Exploits or 
Intrusions. 
If you currently offer open WiFi or even password 
protected WiFi you are not safe. 
When your customers log in to your WiFi using the 
Vizz router they will be asked log in using their social 
accounts, or a registration form. 
All the sites that your guests visit are filtered to block 
illegal or undesired sites. The list of blocked sites is 
continually updated by the IWF (Internet Watch 
Foundation). 
If you have any sites that you would prefer are not 
accessed from your venue, these too can be added to 
your blocked list.

Collects customer informaon as your guests log in. 
As your customers enter your premises your Vizz router will detect all WiFi enabled devices, 
phones, tablets, laptops etc. 
As your customers log in you will collect: 
 Name 
 Age 
 Gender 
 Email 
 Social likes 
 Home town 
All of this informaon is stored in an on line portal. All data handling and storage issues are met 
by the Vizz Wifi.

Increases Social following 
Your customers are asked to log in using their preferred social 
media account, such as, Facebook, Twier, LinkedIn etc. In 
exchange for offering them WiFi access they are invited to give you 
a like or a follow. 
The device will also ask your customer for permission to post on 
their wall, the message can be anything you choose, from a 
welcome message to a promoon for an upcoming offer / event. 
This post will appear on their social feed and will be read by their 
friends.

The Vizz WiFi online CRM allows you to run your entire social media activity from one 
place. You can make posts on all of your channels from the Vizz control panel. 
For example, you can advertise your Friday Night after work Happy Hour on your FB feed. 
It will be read by your followers (the same people whose details you collected when they 
visited you) and by many of their friends too. It is common to find that for every 1 of your

coupons directly to your guests' handsets, tablets and laptops. You can use these e-shots

  • 4. Secure WiFi for you and your guests By using the Vizz WiFi router, you clients will only access the internet and not your private network. This protects your network from Remote Aacks, Exploits or Intrusions. If you currently offer open WiFi or even password protected WiFi you are not safe. When your customers log in to your WiFi using the Vizz router they will be asked log in using their social accounts, or a registration form. All the sites that your guests visit are filtered to block illegal or undesired sites. The list of blocked sites is continually updated by the IWF (Internet Watch Foundation).
