OBJECTIVE :-
 To make best use of human resource management, perform HR functions as per the needs
and requirements of the organization.
 To obtain a reputed position in Human Resources field that fully utilized my diverse HR
skill and experience.
QUALIFICATION:- I have done my Graduation in Commerce from the Gujarat
University, Karjan in the year 2011
I have also passed Masters In Human Resources Management by
Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar in the year 2011-
2013.
POST QUALIFICATION:- I have also passed Diploma In Human Rights with First class with
Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar in the year 2012-
2013.
I have also Passed Diploma In Labor PracticewithSardar Patel
University,Vallabh Vidhyanagar in the year 2013-2014.
JOB EXPERIENCE:- I have a total work experience of approx.1.5 years in the field
of Personnel and Administration with the reputed
organization.
Presently, I am associated with Steelco Gujarat Ltd.,
2.G.I.D.C., Palej An ISO 9002 & 14001 Company
since August-2013 till now as a assistant - P & A
JOB PROFILE
I briefly give herein below my operational exposure in the field of Human Resources
Management during my career in
A) Personnel & Administration dept :
a. TIME-KEEPING : Operating computerized time office management attendance
system, Maintaining attendance, Earn leave valuation, Leave record for all
employees, shift schedule, Absenteeism report, C/off registers and allied statutory
registers and reports under Factories Act, 1948.& reports related to time-keeping
function. Other such compliances under Workmen Compensation Act, 1923,
Apprenticeship Act, 1961, Payment of Bonus Act, 1965. Payment of Gratuity Act
etc.
b. STATUTORY COMPLIANCES : Maintenance of Provident Fund Return, Monthly and
yearly PF Reports submitted to PF Authority under provisions of Employees
Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 as well as other reports
pertaining to MIS.
c. WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION : Preparation of Salary of the employee &
coordinate with accounts dept. for disbursement. Preparation of monthly Earned
leave valuation report.
d. WELFARE :
1) Billing matters pertaining to Employees Canteen & such other matters related
to employee related expenses.
2) Co-ordinate with HoDs for various welfare related matters. Effecting co-
ordination and communication with each and every employee for successful
weekly Birthday celebrations, etc
B) HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
a. Providing awareness training to employees pertaining to the Personnel function &
Policy matters & specific training in the area of Salary & Wage administration &
advanced time-keeping functions.
C)INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AREA :
a. Maintaining cordial relations at the shop-floor level with each and every employee
on day to day basis and assisting in solving people related issues for enhancing
productivity of the organization.
b. Statutory compliance under various provisions of Labour laws as applicable to the
organization & liaison with Govt. agencies. Such activities like :
 Monthly/yearly PF returns-3A / 6A, 12A, 5 & 10 Form no., 7 IF
 Nomination forms and PF withdrawal form NO.19,20 & 10C, 10D.
 PF enrolment data for new entrant employees.
 Necessary information demanded by the factory inspector.
 Labour welfare fund half yearly returns.
 Accident investigations and compilation of Form no. 21 under Factories Act.
 Health & Safety matters related to employees well-being.
 Returns related to Employment Exchange like ER-I & ER-II.
