Executive from 7th July 2013 to till Date.

to international giants of the likes of ZARA, SAFERA, ONLY, SHOEBY, BEST SELLER
e.t.c.
Job Responsibilities
 Handling of M M C Software (pay roll) related Salary Package.
 Maintain Personal records of each Employee
 Working with ESIC, PF & Labor office etc.
 Maintenance of training record of each employee as per compliances.
 Time office activities - Attendance, OT & Leave Management, Salary Administration.
 Taking preliminary rounds of interview for junior position.
 Prepare Full & final Settlement.
 Provide P.F. Withdraw forms to left employee.
 Co-ordinate and report with HR Sr. Manager for day –to- day work.
Health & Safety
 Responsible for accident report & maintenance of register.
 Responsible for firefighting programme.
Administration Management
 Efficiently looking after catering facilities and housekeeping functions,
supervising job of housekeeping staff, security guards, ensuring timely
provisioning of stationery company ID cards,
 Monitoring of First – Aid boxes & yellow marks.
Worked with C.A Firm as a computer operator from APRIL 2012 TO JUNE 2013.
