What is ERP?
 Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP uses multi-module application software for
improving the performance of the internal business processes.
ERP systems often integrate business activities across functional departments, from
Product planning, Parts purchasing, Inventory control, Product distribution and
fulfillment, to order tracking.
ERP software systems may include application modules for supporting Marketing,
Finance, Accounting, Human Resources etc.

of processes for Creating, Communicating and
Delivering value to customers and for managing
customer relationships in way that benefits the
organization & its stakeholders.

 The marketing module enables organizations to maximize the efficiencies of
marketing resource and empowers marketers to acquire and develop long-term
customer relationships.
 Marketers can analyze, plan, execute and measure all marketing activities.
 With the tools and features of the marketing module, you gain a flexible application

Marketing Resource Management
 Lets see the Example – for preparing a single Advertise Poster. We required – the
coordination between marketers, graphic designers, copywriters, and other staff. It is
time consuming and also costly. There’s also the opportunity cost: for every
hour spent on this one poster, we are not focusing on other marketing things or
company growth.
 There is some Online MRM portals and
MRM Software which make coordination
easy: Each team member can access their
marketing needs online. There is no time
wasted. Your other team members now have
time for their own tasks and for other work.

Segment and List Management
 List segmentation is the practice of dividing your data
into groups, or segments, where each lead in the group
shares a common things.
 Once you segment your list, you can send specific
messages to that group. This is your chance to provide
value, offers, and insight that wouldn’t necessarily be
as well received to others on your list. Remember that
targeted nurturing gives you better results than random
promotions.

 Marketing Campaigns are launched to engage your customers via email, social
media, print materials, giveaways and surveys to take an action or raise awareness of
your brand.

 They usually make consumers think of a problem, and then show them your service
or product as the solution they’re looking for. It goes beyond creating a campaign.

 Lead management is the process of managing leads, constantly and equally.
 Leads are potential customers who have shown interest in your solution but who
have not yet made a purchase.
 And to do that right, you need to manage sales leads in an organized manner.
 For businesses to grow, you have to convert leads to loyal customers.

 Marketing analytics simply means measuring and evaluating the performance of your
online marketing to make sure you are getting the best return on your investment.
Without analytics, tracking your efforts and money spent would be a guess. With the
best marketing analytics, improving your ROI becomes much simpler as you can
track leads and conversions.
Marketing Analytics
 For example, let’s say your business is spending money to market via emails,
Facebook, and Google Ads. Do you know which of these approaches is bringing in

We required – the coordination between marketers, graphic designers, copywriters, and other staff. It is time consuming and also costly. There’s also the opportunity cost: for every hour spent on this one poster, we are not focusing on other marketing things or company growth.  There is some Online MRM portals and MRM Software which make coordination easy: Each team member can access their marketing needs online.
