something you either have or haven’t got. Individuals today are
bombarded with media and information and are called to
deconstruct and evaluate messages constantly. To be able to
do that definitely requires some level of media and information
literacy

Printing press change the world and the people in it, Mass
media do the same - if we ignore the impact of media, we risk
being caught up and carried along by that change rather than
controlling it
