In human life is became very authentic in 21st century.Then it is the Era
of Techology.We all know that technology is more useful to us.Without this
technology we are not able to learn anything.Today we had a workshop on how to
find authentic sources from the Internet, how to do qualitative analysis, SEER and
plagiarism. As we know that the Internet has so many sources or materials for all
the faculties. But nobody knows how to find authentic materials from the Internet.
We all work with technology and we enjoy working with technology. Nobody
can do as much work as technology Does. The Internet has many sources, but we
have to find the right source for us. Every source has its importance.
Wikipedia is very powerful tools for learn something new.If we talk about
Wikipedia, Everyone thinks Wikipedia is a good source But you can't say that this
is authentic.He believed that people could learn more through self education. He
decided to create a website and he called this site as Wikipedia. But for that he

worked hard because if you want to write something then you have to read more
and more. After sometime, many people join his site and Wikipedia became the
world's greatest online encyclopedia. If you think you can do anything.Then it is
very helpful to us.
In the workshop, first we read one article which was sent by our sir. In the
article, there were some interesting points find and try to learn it.

3.Source Educational Evaluation Rubric (SEER)
By the sir guide we learn lots of things. After that sir told us to find three
sites and do qualitative analysis of the site and we also have to write why you think
that this is good source for you or for others in a one or two sentences. So we done
some work on how you can find authentic website or how you can do qualitative
analysis of sites. Following are some points which we have to keep in a mind while
doing analysis of source,and find some points like as....

3. Intent
4. Originality
5. Quality
We worked in a group and following is our work.It became very useful in our
study and various step in our learning.

It is very interesting source in the learning.We use various step for get knowledge and

This is also a good site but the content is not well cited neither is there any
specification regarding the writer. So you can read but you have to be careful.This
is the very useful to us for getting new idea in our reading and help to our learning.

The Movie Review: Article 15
Movie screening committee was organize the movie
screening and we are enjoy a lot at that time. It is very
interesting and ideal for us.

So, World's lengthiest written constitution had 395
articles in 22 parts. But now India has 448 articles in 25 parts.
In the articles, there were various acts and laws that are
important for our nation. In simple words,
"Article is a guideline in the constitution of India for forming
the rules. It is rather a principle of defining an act.".

What is Article 15 in the Indian constitution :
We all know about the Indian constitute.As we all know
that in Indian constitute there are many Articles.In the all
article article 15 is very important for the nation. Article 15
deal with the fundamental rights of the citizens of India and
this Article deals with the various issues related to "Rights to
equality". For example in our nation, we can find that there is
caste conflict.
If you belong to Dalit caste then people will not give
you respect but if you belong to the Brahmins then people
give you more respect. This kind of conflict we can see in our
nation in this century. If we see all the articles then all are
dedicated to protecting the Individual rights like
1. freedom of speech
2. religious freedom
3. cultural freedom
4. women rights so on.
So it is very interesting found in this movie.
There is some scope of fundamental rights as per Article 15.
Fundamental rights are all the citizens of the country
universally irrespective of this all are we can see in the Movie
Article.

Article 15 a movie directed by Anubhav Sinha. The
movie is based on Article 15 which prohibits discrimination
on the grounds of religion, race, cast, the place of birth and
sex. The story based on some real events like "Badaun gang
rape allegation in 2014 and una flogging incident in 2016."
It is always important that how you start your movie.
How do you start? From some imaginative world? From
journey? From home or family? Or the most important thing
you want to show the real world. So it is up to you. The
movie starts with a beautiful song by Bob Dylan 'How many
Roads'.
The movie capture contemporary time :
How do you capture the contemporary time in your
movie? When you are showing the things that we are doing in
real life it is a very important factor. You can connect the
things when you watch. of course, we all are doing this during
our journey or during talking with others.
I found this in this movie like when the movie starts the
protagonist Ayan Ranjan talking on WhatsApp with his
closest friend Aditi. So we all are doing this during our
journey or we start reading something. The other thing is that
in this century, we are believing in cast systems. We all
believe that Dalit cast is very bad cast.
1. Caste system /Castism :

When you meet someone they will first ask one question
that what is your cast? Why cast is important for our country?
In our country, there are many castes and sub-caste. There are
more than 3000 castes in India. We can see that each cast has
some unique job, but not everyone in the cast performs it.
We can also see this conflict in marriage. People will try
to marry off their sons and daughters to members of their
same cast. We can also see the three divisions in a society
caste type like this...
1. Upper class
2. Middle Class
3. Lower class
The upper class has the power to control society. The
lower class has to follow them without asking questions. In
the one, if the article of TOI one of the we learn
in Sociologist Professor G. K. Karanth speaks about
‘concealed ‘concealed untouchability’ by dominant castes and
‘active withdrawal' by Dalits.
"Dalits Avoid some places like temple, Barber's shop or
hotel where they won't be served or entertained. It’s a defence
mechanism to escape rejection and humiliation."
So in the movie, we can see the same kind of issues in the
village. In the village, there were large numbers of Dalit. We
can see the mob lynching in the movie. Dalit cannot eat
anything on Brahmins temple because they belong to a very

bad cast which is known as Untouchable. In the movie, we
can see this scene. So according to my perspective movie
capture real country.
The other thing is that if you are belonging to some lower
cast than you have to sacrifice. Like in the movie we can see
that the police told both Daughter's fathers that you close the
case and say that my daughters are bad and everything is done
by us. So we can see how power works in society.
2. Rape :
Rape is the most common crime against women. We can
find some real incident. The real incidents are,
So we can see that mostly the rapes are happening with
teenage girls. The movie, mainly about a young and educated
IPS officer Ayan Ranjan investigating for three teenage Dalit
girls. Among three girls, with two girls rape is happening and
after that, girls hanged on a tree and really it was a horrible
scene of the movie. I must say The movie represents the real
world. What is wrong with our country? The question is why
they did this because they were asking for 28 rupees?
3. Power of politics :

We can also see the politics in the movie. political parties
represent different sections among the Indian society and
regions. In the movie, there are CBI officer Nassar. Nassar is
not good CBI officer because he wants to close the case and
he wants to prove that it was suicide or murder by both
Daughter's father. There were other police officers like
him. But Ayan proves it that it was rape. So we can see the
power of a high post.
Scenes and Dialogues of the movie :
I found some interesting Scenes and Dialogues in the
movie. All the Scenes are beautifully captured by the director.
Moves of the camera were also good. Close up Scenes are
best. I found some interesting and heart touching dialogues,

We see two charcater in the movie Aditi and Gaura play
an important role in the movie. Aditi's Dialogues are very
interesting and maybe Ayan gets motivate from her. Her very
interesting Dialogue is
As we all know that when something happens with us we
always wait for others. This is only happening in the movie
but in real life, you have to fight for yourself. As we know
that in our society there are characters like Kabir Singh. So
don't wait for others. Gaura's acting and Dialogues are also
interesting.

My understanding about the concept of cultural studies-
Cultural studies development in Britain as a reaction
against human studies. These are two movement liberal
humanism and arthodox Marxism. The discussion of culture
and civilization in literary studies from Matthew Arnold's
essay Culture and Anarchy.
Then various thinker contribute their ideas about cultural
studies but most of thinker thoughts are different from each
other because of time changing society culture also changed.

the journey of my five years.First I take admission in
college very Late because I do not decide what is better
for my future.Parent's also not able to give advise to me
thus I find this way from myself.

don't understand I think it is very hard.And some day I

in our village every body thing she doing B.A. with
English then people thing my status very high.So, let's

Hello friend here I will give some brief idea about Arundhati Roy is very famous
and interesting novel written by her so let's start it....
About the Author : ARUNDHATI ROY

fiction work in Indian language. Arundhati Roy famous writer in the literature.She write various feature

Kerala India. The temporal setting shifts back and forth between 1969.

2) The Ministry of Utmost Happiness :
The Ministry of Utmost Happiness is very famous and interesting novel by Arundhati Roy.She
was a well known Indian writer of English literature.This novel is published in 2017.This novel was
translated in two languge like hindi and Urdu it is decide into 50 pages.
This novel give idea about something darkest and some violence idea in the novel.The violet idea
about in episode modern people and modern indian history.Here we can see new history and the idea
of modernism in India.This novel give idea about the woman and intersex woman.In her novel she
mension about Godhara train burning and Kashmir iseurgency.Here we can say that she was try to

Interview on :poet Vinod Joshi saindhri :
Sairandhri by Vinod joshi
Here I want to give introduction of Pro.
Vinod Joshi Sir. Vinod joshi is a post modern poet.He was writer
and critic also. He have amazing skill of arrangement of word in
Gujarati language. He get award's like Narsinhmehta award, Kalapi
Award...etc. He have an extra more knowledge about grammar
structure, vocabulary and references. Then we all like to read his all
creative work.
His one of the famous poem " Shikhandi " also based
on Mahabharata. Here I want to share my view on his
Prabanth form poem " Sairandhri " based on character of
Draupadi in Mahabharata. This poem was growing in
Australia.He give idea in Australia about the poem.
• Structures of the saindhri :

This metrical poem composed in
prabandha form with seven cantos, 49 chapters and 1800
lines. It is based on Draupadi, one of the characters of
Hindu epic Mahabharata. Here poet tried to explain
Draupadi's feeling and thoughts. Here we can say
that creation of poem is reflection of poet's thoughts and
reflection of background language. So here Vinod joshi
born in rural area so He handed down his rural words in
poem.Thus he try to explain very well by this work in all
human mind.
About the Sairandhri: by Vinod joshi
This is a story in one part of Mahabharata. We
know that this poem based on Mahabharata. In
Mahabharata one part of ' Virat Parva '. It's call '
Agnatvas ' which living into hidden form and without self-
sameness wherever. Here question is that What's purpose
of remaining in hidden way ? Draupadi was daughter of
king Drupad. She known with variuos name
into Mahabharta like as Krishna, Yagnaseni,
Paanchali...etc. Behind her name responsible various story
and problem. But here Vinod Joshi presented droupadi as
lover of Karna. As a queen of Hastinapur Draupadi How
she became Dashi during in Agnat Vas? and How she
faced various problem in her life ?. It's very interesting
way interpreted by him.
Loss identity : She prepare new identity

We can find that Human being has hidden
ambition of fame and power position. People many time
work for praise and promotion. Here Sairandhi has not
proper one identity. She played vital roll in Mahabharata
without one certain identity. She loss her identity with
sacrifice of body for five male pandavas. In Mahabharta
She don't raise question for her identity who has not
freedom to express own desire. She can't protect herself
with praise.
In the poem she was powerful woman described by
him. This poem explain about only one woman
condition,emotions and feelings, not included male
character here.
Love for Karna : In the Saindhari:
Here we can think about the new
love story of karna and Saindhri. In the poem different
way interpreted love story of Sairandhri and karna
rather than Mahabharta's story. This poem represented
that her first choice for love is Karna and second choice is
Arjuna. So here Karna and Droupadi both are love each
other but they don't share publicly.

They don't tell to other about relationship. Karna was
brave man although he had hidden his ownership. Poet's
one objects also the create poem is that woman has to
power to fight without hesitation.

Here we can say that Saindhri is well

August Patriotism and Religious fervour :
August month is most of we called it religious month as Indian we know we are most notable
country for lost of celebration country. During this month specially Gujarati celebrate lost of
religious festivals like Rakshabandhan, Nagpanchami, Shitala Satham, Janmashtami, Id Mubarak
etc. But it is my illusion because other states also celebrates this kind of days.

On 12 August we are film screening of the two films first was "Midnight's
Children"(Novel written by Salman Rushdie) directed by Deepa Mehta and second was
"The Reluctant Fundamentalist"(A Novel written by Mohsin Hamid) directed by Mira Nair.
So, our task to give review of these films with the perspectives of The Postcolonial
Studies, so I will try to connect films with postcolonial approaches.
Midnight's Children:
Midnight Children :
This is a novel written by British-Indian Novelist Salman Rushdie and filmed by
Deepa Mehta. The film was very popular in foreign countries and well criticized in India
also. The film didn't cover up all the things written deeply in the novel due to time period

freedom movement, etc.
The story of the film begun with the year of 1917, the birth year of Indira Gandhi and
end with the emergency or we can say that the last stage of Indira Gandhi's Life. So, some
may have question that why the protagonist of the film narrated the the history before the
thirty years when he was not in her mother's womb? Well, I don't know why Rushdie
connected Indira Gandhi's era throughout the film, we must read the novel to understand
the connection. The story about the Children who were born in the stroke of the midnight
15th august 1947 with the magical power, in which two major character like Saleem Sinai,
the protagonist belong to reach family while the Shiva who was born in poor family later
joined the Army and fought in the battle with Pakistan to free Bangladesh.
The main idea of hybridity in culture and identity we can see in the movie, as per
the quote 'Let reach to be poor and poor to be reach' Saleem, actually, the son of British
man William Methwold and poor Marathian lady and the Shiva was the son of Ahemad
Sinai and Amina, but, Mary, a nurse in the hospital changed these both baby boy with
each other because her lover was a Marxist and pursued mary to protest against elite
class.
Furthermore, Salim went to pakistan and Shiva Joined Indian Army, so here we
can see the partition of India and pakistan. later on, After the war, Saleem came to India,
his mother land and marry with Parvati, beloved of Shiva and she gave birth to baby boy

of India like snake Charmer. SO, this way movie ended through various perspectives.
Here, also the good use of background music which symbolize many thing, the nose
of Ghani family also a symbol. The narrative techniques also used in very good way to
understand the story. And also a camera focus was excellent, while the Tajmahal scene
came that time camera focused more on the poor conditioned house rather than Tajmahal.
So, here film tried to show the real India through camera technique.

Hybridity means Something that is formed by combining two or more things.
Here, in the movie we can see the hybridity in the identity, Saleem is the perfect

parents. If we see the hybridity in culture then we can give the example of
west(Methwold) and east(Poor Indian lady) and also Sikh(Picturesingh) with
Hindu(Parvati)culture mixed each other.
Miscegenation:
As per the definition of Merriam Webster
dictionary, Miscegenation means a mixture of races; especially: marriage, cohabitation,
or sexual intercourse between a white person and a member of another race. In the
movie we can find the sexual relation between White colonizer Methwold with black skin
Indian Poor lady and another sexual relationship with white Saleem with black skinned
Parvati. So, in this way postcolonialist studies the mixture of identity and culture.
Postcolonial Feminism:
In this movie we can see that Postcolonial theorist also studies the culture and
literature with the feminist perspective.
In the beginning of the movie Doctor did not allow to examine Naseem's
illness to see her body, there a curtain between doctor and Naseem and her father said

a decent girl, it goes without saying. She does not flaunt her body under the noses of

Another examples is when Mumtaz, Saleem's mother got married with Ahemad
Sinai, that time Ahemad gave her new name Amina. So, we can see the power of
patriarchy in the movie and also a exploitation of poor Indian lady by Britisher Methwold.
Magic Realism:
Magic realism also a part of postcolonial studies. Magic Realism is a narrative
style which is add beauty to the historical representation in the movie otherwise it is
boring to watch. The Midnight's Children were not ordinary kids but they have power,
like, Saleem has power of sense of smell to feeling the different things and people
whereas Parvati also has power like Abrakadabra to hide people or things in the basket.
So, in this way we can see the movie with the various approaches like magic realism,
Miscegenation, Hybridity in identity and in culture and also see with the postcolonial
perspective.

The Reluctant Fundamentalist:
The Reluctant Fundamentalist a novel written by Pakistani Writer Mohsin Hamid
and then adopted in film directed by Mira Nair in 2014. The story is about the young man
Changez Khan who attracted to American Business culture. He was an intellectual and
respected person in American wall street business company.
The Story Begun with the interview of American CIA agent Bobby Lincoln for the
abduction of American Professor in Pakistan. Bob was Taking interview of Changez Khan
in the Coffee cafe in Lahor that he may be involved in this abduction or in the matter of
9/11. Here Mira Nair interestingly used the flashback technique which was move us from
Pakistan to America in eye opening way. The title of the movie give us two different views
one is that fundamentalist in terrorism and other business fundamentalist.

The film started with the interview of Change Khan By Bobby in which Change
Khan narrated his story about the his life in America. The hero of the novel was very
young, intellectual, businessman and highly reputed. There he was living a good life with
his beloved Erica, a very good artist in photography. But suddenly all the things
changed with Change after the attack on WTC tower. All people look towards him like he
is terrorist, he insulted by FBI and many American fellows and abused him. Once, he loved
America like his native land but after abusing and insulted her sincerity he came back to
Pakistan as University professor.
Furthermore, Bobby blamed that he is teaching terrorism in the university and has
connection with Fazil a Muslim activist and Mujahid but that was not truth, without any kind
of proof Bobby blamed him therefore his hatred towards America was increased but he
don't believe in any kind of avenge. He lost his innocent fellow by the fire of American
Agent then CIA agents realized that they made mistake and killed innocent man. But at
the end of the movie Change wants to freedom from Mujaheddin and America's business
culture and he wants to love peaceful life.
The movie also used very good narrative technique like flashback technique to
make movie very interesting, and also used very good camera focus when we see the
scene of attack on WTC tower when camera on the face of Change rather on live telecast,
to know the expression of Change towards it. Also a very good meaningful background
musics are there to convey the nonverbal ideas like, In the kidnapping of the white
professor Rainier there was a loud Sufi Music, and in the meeting of Change and Erica,
where Change tries to convince Erica to forget everything, the lyrics of background songs
matches very well, "I want you to be..". When Change was upset with the way he was
treated in America and When he came back he had an arguments with his parents, and
the background songs was "You say things to burn the heart, yet I must Smile." So, we
can say that it is very intellectual movie thoroughly.

If we see this movie with the perspectives of the postcolonial studies so we have
to apply Edward said's 'Orientalism' and also apply the race theory. We can say that why
western countries and especially America looking towards Muslim countries as countries
of terrorism? It is all about the illusion of america that every Muslim are terrorist. America
Know that if we want be in power position so that we have to destroyed all Muslim
countries in the name of terrorism.
One may have question like Muslim countries are more in the number then
other religion, then why they don't take action on America. But, actually, because of
obsequiousness of Pakistan and Saudi Arab others countries unable to convince that all
Muslims are not like that.
In the movie also Change faced problem because he belong to Muslim country.

Hello here I am Share my view on OD On Oneness.So,Lets Discuss in Detail about
this thing.

All literature part of our new idea.It is try to connect each other to us. The
oneness of literature is because the writers write it on the base of historical sense and
writers also shows their's own feelings,emotions and problems with various types of
archetypal symbols. Northorpe Frye also talks about the oneness of the world' all
literature in his essay 'The Archetypal criticism '. He want to say that DNA of all literature
is same.

So, we can say that it is only physical attraction towards opposite gender and it is
lust, not love. The lines of Marie's cousin,'hold me tight', is show the lust and sexually
attraction. So, in the poem and short story, we find oneness or similarities of literature.

about oneness of literature, that the symbols,emotions, conditions, feelings etc. made

Thinking Activity : Youth Festival :
On the 25 to 28 we are celebrating the youth Festival.Organized by Physical
Department by the Dilipsinh Gohil. In this festival we are enjoy a lot.
We had celebrated 29 rang mohan youth mahotsav during 25 to 28 at Maharaja
Krishnakumar sinhji Bhavnagar university which was hosted by Sport department. This
kind of academic festival help a lot into improve hidden skill of students because this
type of festival give stage to students for make carrier. In this festival various events
included like as folk song, Bhajan, Western song, Solo song, Drama, Mimicry, One play
act...etc
On the First day :
Kalayatra is a democratic movement for ‘art conservation’ which involves
everyone, from young students to travelers to corporate organizations in an endeavor to
document, appreciate and understand indigenous Indian art and artisan community.

That day early morning heavy rain disturb all artist mind but competition was
remain started without problem.In that event they gave subject like, Gandhi jayanti 150,
29 rang yuva Mahotsav 2019, Save girl, Girl abortion. I make poster subject on Gandhi
jayanti 150.
In 4th day have various events There were department of English performed on
theme of LGBT. They all very well performed.There were gave me one chance for poetry
recitation. It's unforgettable memory.
At the end of this festival as chief guest remain present Vibhavriben Dave, Digubha
gadhvi, Meranbhai, Yuvrajshinh. They all were shared own experiences and own art and
one trailer relieved about gujrati movie then results declared by Himalbhai Pandya.
At the end of the fourth day we learnt some kind of new thing and get new spirit of
learning. So thank to Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University to organized
that festival with appropriate way and thanks to all department and colleges which
supporting there and specially thanks to all participant and audience to help &
Participated there.

This movie give idea about life of Hitler Who is role played by Charlie
Chaplin.They both are born in same as one country. they both have various thing
is same. Here Chaplin try to criticize Hitler and his system through comedy way.
He was great director, writer, producer and actor in this movie.
The title of the movie 'The Great Dictator'' means that "one person who have a

things. Ghetto is area and market of Jewish people. In Europe people have
permitted to live there. In many times ghettos were places of terrible poverty and
during periods of population growth. Here in the movie I could find they had
narrow streets and small crowded houses.In rather than another is not big or
crowed less area.. Same as In nowadays poor, low caste people even villages
don't have comfortable houses. Shetto is for rich people area.There only have
permission to leave rich or worthy people.This both way using in this movie.
This movie Charlie Chaplin played the role of Barber also.He have
love with his neighbor he also falls in love with a neighbor and beautiful girl
'Hannah' .In the movie both are love each-other. Hannah was a planed to marry
with him but both saw to flesh back then they remembering some thing like rules
of love. They can't love each other freely.She work in shop of barber and she also
goes to selling potato. She fail to do anything for both.
Chaplin presented in the movie role of Hitler. The
people Yahudi was wealthy people rather than Jew .this both are caste of people
leaving in the time.Same as condition are we can look in the Mother India movie

Patriotism :
We all know that in our country Britisher reign in the 19th century.But few people do not like to pay tax in
that time.We look in the movie Lagan this is main theme is tax taken by Britisher in the India. If we look at
film only from upper layer, then we can find the patriotic idea, that is all the villagers are fighting for
their nation, for the identity of nation, they don't want to obey the Britishers for any reason. They
don't wants to pay taxes to them. They want freedom, from any type of strict or cruel rule.
2.Problematic name of the untouchable
In the film there is one character named "Kachra". He was untouchable and his name also
reflects the unwanted of the character. It was really very problematic.This name is very simple to
speak but in meaning very difficult and this name suggested dirty we all know that in our language
garbage in English but Gujarati meaning of this word kachara so this so difficult.And we all say that
garbage is untouchable things it is bad in our language.

When Bhuvan get impressed by the bawling of Kachra, then he decided to include him in his team of
cricket. But all the other team members started criticizing him for his decision and decided to leave

the team, if Bhuvan includes Kachra, the untouchable. We can find the backward mindset of people
who are not ready to accept the untouchable and afraid of doing anything with them, as if they are
devil.We look in this movie caste-ism because people do not like to play with kachara because he was
poor and lawer than another person thus they said that if kachara play with us then we all not play in
this team.Then we look in pure castecism in this movie.
4.Leadership qualities
After the challenge Bhuvan try to make team but villager do not like this challenge this is very
difficulties for Bhuvan. In the film Bhuvan got all the leadership qualities such as, team building, deal
with each and every member equally. seeing hope when all are hopeless, and many more. He has
ability to forgive people.ready to play cricket and start practice of cricket.He explain one by one every
people in the village.He sing song it give strength in every human mind and In the last when he comes
to know about the cheating of Lakha, he gave him second chance, to prove himself. When all are
fighting or wanted to beat Lakha brutally, that time Bhuvan saves him. Even in the beginning when all
refuses to play cricket or to support Bhuvan, he decided to come with strong plan, so that all can
believe in his idea, that they can do anything. Three months are enough to learn. He gives strength to
the team.
5.Unity in diversity :
The cricket team which was made by Bhuvan included member from all religions and ideologies. Sikh,
Muslim, Brahman, untouchable etc. Bhuvan try to became one cricket team because without team he
not get success against the British and he was leader of this team. He is not doing any type of injustice
with any member and treated each member equally. Therefore, there is unity in diversity.

Many characters from the film are belongs to subaltern group means lower group who are
voiceless, powerless for eg;-
- Kachra, was a character of hidden power, who is afraid of showing his talent to others in fear. As he
is dominated by the so called upper class. He was voiceless. He cannot speak loud in front of any
people. Even if he has right to speak, he was totally unaware about his all rights.
- Bhura, the other character who has sacrificed his chance for Bhuvan to play in cricket. He wants to
play more but can't see his master getting out of team.
7. Post- colonialism :
In the film, there is colonial game Cricket which was played by the Indians to win the challenge
given by the Britishers. There is strong impact of the Britishers over the mind of Indians that still in
present they are not able to come out from this game.The cricket is very famous in the world this is
gift of Britisher but at that time we not go away from this game because it is became interesting game
in the World.
8. Indianess :
There is history of nationalist, history of hidden heroes. The very idea of Indianess, found in that
heroes. What they believe as an Indian and what they supposed to do everything was based on
nationality. there is no way of thinking from the outside.In this movie we look the sister of the king
Britisher she very exited to learn cricket village people without his brother's permission.Because she
know that her brother doing something wrong with the poor people.
9. Concept of food :

In this movie food concept not fashionable only "rotalo "it is the food of the people .And every
people eat with each other and enjoy life. In the film, there is full plate spicy food items given to the
king. Whereas the poor villagers are eating dry chapati without any kind of pickle. We can see the two
different food habits of the elite and lower class people. As lower people can't afford the costly
ingredients for spicy food.
10. fairness of justice :
Lagan movie we see at last people not get mark in the pay time every people think today we are fail
in this match .but at last time kachara get more marks .There is fairness of justice system in the British
Raj. They call honest umpire from abroad for the final round of cricket with the Indians and obeying
each and every signal given by the umpire. There is not any kind of partiality from umpire's side. Even
the British captain praising Indian also if they play best shot.
11. Religion :
There is strong believers of religion. We can see the influence of God over the mind of villagers who
are doing prayer again and again, specially when they are facing problem. Even the king was wearing
rings in his finger of 'Panna' (the green stone)' and 'moonga' (the red stone) which shows that how
blindly he is following the superstitions.
CONCLUSION :
Then we can say that all this things very useful to understand situation.After looking everything we
can say that this movie give idea.Therefore this movie all over good movie interesting and meaningful
for watching.Then this movie give idea about the situation of 19th century people and explain all
tradition of this time/
