5. Year 2002 NuoDi established in NanHai and focused on high press mould and its
components
Year 2009 NuoDi started to do fine blanking mold and its componets. All kinds of equipments
were bought in from that time.
Year 2013 As the mold technology became stable, NuoDi started to do foreign business
Year 2014 NuoDi moved to ShunDe area , focused on automotive fine blanking mould and its
components and other precision parts.
Year 2015 NuoDi bought a 650T fine blanking machine to test the mold stability. That
machine can make sure the mold quality and also save customer’s capacity.
Year 2016, June NuoDi passed the TS16049 certification .
Till Now NuoDi is still moving on to match with customer’s any request .
12. Sign the NDA with customer.
Each customer has their own ID in NuoDi. Every order ,
production and action are named with that ID no.
instead of custome’s really name . That can make
sure any message can’t be outflow from our factory.
All the paper data from the technical department will
be end filed into the technical department.
25. The Technical Department release the flow card together with each production to order
the process steps and request. The produce department strictly follow the steps one by
one to arrange the production. All the flow card should list the name of charged people.
The QC department test strictly follow customer’s drawing. Use our precision test equipment's
to detail test the remarked place,100% full inspection before shipment and give the test
report to customer
Add the performance into KPI. Customer good reply will add all the related people’s
KPI; On the other hand, a bad or Complaints will reduce it. This are all counted by our
merchandiser department.
Whole factory team meeting is hold every Sat morning to discuss the difficult or any
abnormally or any complaints . Technical,QC, PL, sale are all invited.

The flow card (left) list every process , related people,
actual finished time and should finished time, all the
details. This card will also sent to the customer and
update every process with picture by email when po is
in process.
Every production in production line has the
drawing (left) from our own technical department
that shows the clear instruction and key area to
aviod any misunderstanding due to different
habit from different customers.

The training including equipment training, safety training, and
Accident protect training.
Every departments should follow the process card and request to
maintenance machine daily.
Administration randomly check the whole factory every week to
check any security risks.
A morning meeting in every Monday morning to list all the unruly
behaviour or case to warn everybody.
