factory of wireking group.
There are 12 standard workshops with advanced machinery, 2 in-house automatic
powder coating line and one PE-coating line.
Successfully passed ISO9001:2000 ,ISO14001 & BSCI audit.
With more than 800 sets of wire and metal processing machine. Our current
production capacity is 350 x40ft containers per month.

YongJian factory is one of the biggest ironing board manufactory in
Asia.

Advanced machinery & technology
We have in-house Wire drawing and tube making, as well as our own printing, plastic
component and chrome factories in stead of out sourcing or subcontract, our cost is
usually 10% less than our competitors.
Lower raw material cost
1. We usually combine all of our factories material purchasing together, and get some
discount from our suppliers because of the huge purchase volume.
2. We have a team in our finance dept. to monitor the trend of raw material price, and
make some stock (1-3 month) when the price is at the low level.

The total capacity for Wireking factories is 200 CTN per month, and its turnover in 2013
is 140M. We still have 25% capacity left. With the backup of other brother factory, we
have no labor shortage, the capacity will be much more bigger.

coating film thickness tester etc.
