What are the benefits and/or challenges of using presentation platforms like Google Slides?
A benefit of using google slides and Google programs all together is they are very compatible.
Meaning, google slides, google docs and google sheets all work together and have similar
setups that make them easy to use. In addition, all work on google platforms are saved
automatically and can be accessed by any computer; so, if your computer crashes at the last
minute, the presentation used can still be accessed on another computer and the lesson won’t
be lost. Google Slides in particular is beneficial because it makes the lesson more interesting
and has many add-ons that can enhance the lesson. One challenge to using presentation
platforms like Google Slides is it might not be compatible on every computer, and if the
internet fails, there is no way to retrieve the presentation.
