In our weekly hang-in-there story, we want to focus on what's GOOD. There is so much of it out there, you shouldn't have to bother with negativity at all anymore. Here's a guide how to do just that. Be GOOD!

2. is all around us
For every fear there are more reassurances.
For every single annoyance there are ten things
that will make you smile. We want to keep it
light here, but this one is serious: more than
ever you need to fight the urge to swim in
that sea of negativity, misinformation and
unfounded fearmongering.
You need to focus on what’s good.
Only good things will give you energy.
Only good things will keep you sane.
Only good things will help you through the day.

3. people
Steer clear of people who are
negative. It will give you room to
focus on people who are positive,
supportive and want to make the
best of it. There are plenty of good
ones out there!
(Go to page 7 to get started)
news
Only trust reliable sources and
zoom in on the good things
people are doing. Good news is
often modest, so make sure to
look closely for it. Limit your
news intake, even skip a day.

GOOD
4. companies
Creating innovative products
for people in need, offering free
expertise to help others, starting
initiatives to prevent employees
from losing their jobs. These are
just a few examples of the many
companies that are doing good.
Focus on those.
(Good examples on page 7)
behavior
People keeping a safe distance
from each other. Young people
reaching out to the old. Kids
starting projects to help friends.
Friends reaching out to support
each other. Above all, this is
bringing out the good in us.

5. food
You don’t have to be a
gourmet chef to make good
food. Use fresh ingredients,
take your time, follow the
recipe and add some love
to it. Good cooking makes
everybody happy.
Make an effort!
(Tips on the last page)
vibes
Find your favorite playlist,
put on your headphones (or
warn the neighbors), turn
up the volume and let good
tunes fill you with energy
and happiness.
Music will do that!
