Its all in the mind. You and your mindwill decide whether you are happy or not. Allweathers of life are not same, But if you decide,Theywillbesame.# Perception: Your happinessboils down to how you see theworld and people around you.Thewayyouperceivethingswill decide your mood for the Day. The way youchooseyourresponses,insteadofreactions.# Contentment: Be content with what God hasoffered you to live with. It is more than enoughcomparedtowhatyouactuallyrequire.Half Empty Half Filled
# Karma & responsibility: Be responsible for youraction and do Karma. You only have choice toperform, results will be decided by almighty.Things may go in your favor or may not go. Butdont give up. Keep trying and live your life the wayyouwanttolive.Engage: Engage your mind with constructive &fruitful activities, to avoid negative thoughts &remaincheerful.# Changeisinevitable:Goodorbadmomentswillcome and go. It will not stay forever. Cherish thegoodmomentsandbestrongduringtoughtimes.# You have a choice: You always have a choice toresponsesoflife.ChooseHappiness,love&peace.# Happiness always comesi n s m a l l p a c k a g e s :Happiness is not aboutpossessing cars, homes,wealth. It always comes insmall packages, makingsome one smile, helpingsomeone, playing with kids,talking to elders, loving themrespecting them. It can be asmall bicycle ride or a 10minuteswim.# Limited Expectations: Have limitedexpectations, because there is no end to rat race.Take time to pause and enjoy what you alreadypossess. Do not leave any regret for tomorrow.Fulfillyourdreamstoday.# Family: Give love andtimetoyourFamily.# Qualitylife:GoforQuality,not Quantity. It doesntmatter how many holidaysyou went on. What reallymatters is how well you haveenjoyed them. You can enjoyyour vacation even in yourbeautifulhome.# Giving: If you want to receive something in life,start giving. Give Love, Peace and Happiness toothers. They will be returned to you, in some formor the other. Give surprises to people, and put asmileontheirface.Theylovesurprises.
# Sharing: Share things thatyou can. Share knowledge. Itwill multiply. Give away thingsthat you do not need. Removeclutter from your home, mindandLife.# Letting Go: Let go of things which you can nothold on to, or things which are bothering you andeating your mind. You will feel very relieved. It isdifficult,buttryit.# Forgive: Forgive yourself and others. Dont beso serious about your life, 24 hours a day, 7 days aweek. Relax and have fun. Everything ismomentary.Itwillend,eventually.# Improve : Person who disturbs you regularly, isan immediate signal for you to improve thesituationwiththatperson.# Detachment: Do not get very attached to anything or person. If that thing does not existtomorrow, you should be able to survive withoutit.Lovethem,likethem,butonlytoanextent.# Withdrawal: Withdraw, if you think that yourpresence is not required or its not worth it, fromanysituationorfromthelifeofanyperson.# Humility: Always be humble and stick to yourroots.# Count your Blessings: Always, always, alwayscount your blessings. There are people who arelessfortunate,thenyouinthisworld.# Positive: Being positive throughout adversity isthe only option left with us. So please be positive.Itwilltakeyouawayfromdistressandmoveyoutobetterdirection.# Living each Moment: Try to live each and everymoment of your life. Be present physically andmentally, wherever you are and whatever activityyou are doing. Listen with all your attention, if youare listening to someone. Focus 100%, if you areperforming a task. There will be good moments,badmomentsandalso,attimes,boringmoments.Just live through the experience. Life is short.Make mostofit.
# Flexibility: Always remain flexible under allcircumstances. If things do not go your way, dontget frustrated. Be flexible and wise enough toaccept the sudden change and respond to it with acalmmind.# Go With the Flow: Go with the flow whenrequired. Not everything in life happens as peryour wish list. In the end everything will stabilize,but until that time, have patience to go with theflowandwaitforyourtimetocome.# Keep things simple: Keep things simple in life,because there are already so many complications.Dontaddanymoretothelist.# Smile : Keep smiling evenu n d e r t h e w o r s tcircumstances. It will helpyou fight through troubledtimes.# Knowledge: Continuous learning and addingknowledge in your day today life is essential forgrowth. This applies to both personal andprofessionallife.# Communication: Always keep yourcommunications open. Be it in your office orhome. Speak up. Ask questions, if you haveproblems. Praise people. Dont fall short of wordsand appreciation, when it comes to praisingpeople.# Praise: Praise the things and people aroundyou. There are many good things around us, whichweneverappreciate.ItsFree,Butdontfakeit.# Nature: Stay close to the nature and greenery. Itcalmsyourmindand givesyou energy.Alwaysstayclosetothenature.# Listen: Listen to people, who want you to listen.Who wants your love, praise, motivation andattention.
# Focus: Pay attention to the work you do, Focushard,beitplay,work,relationshiporanything.# Proactive: Be proactive. Reach out to people.Face your fears. Come out, be expressive. Its onelifeandonechance.# Looking within for all the answers: All yourquest, queries are answered within you. You donot need, to go to any outside places, or visittemples. You know, what is best for you and youhave a right to select the best for yourself. Lookwithin.# Skills: Learning new skills in your life addsfeathers to your success, Happiness and wellbeing.# Silence : Silence Is very powerful. Spend somequiet moments with yourself, during the day. Itpurifiesyourthoughtprocess.# Give surprises: Give surprises to people andyourself.# Playing with kids: Playwith kids whenever you findtime.# Creative: Becreativetobreakfromroutine.# Music: Its a bighealing factor in our life.If you can play music,evenbetter.# Reading: Occupying yourmind is an important activity.Please do the same, insteadof thinking negative thoughtsandthinkingabout thingsyoucannot change. Read goodbooks and surround yourselfwith a positive environmentandpositivepeople.
# Writing: Writing down your thoughts on paperisagoodwayofde-stressing.# Sleep/ Rest: 7 to 8 hrs aDay. Take enough breaks ifyouareworkinglonghours.# Colors: Use many colorsin your life, be it cloths,home, office. It bringsenergy and uplifts yourmood.# Playing/ Exercise:45Minutes a day, pleaseinvest. Walk/ Run/ Jog/Skipping/ Weights /Swimming/sports.Wishingyouallthebestforyourlife.I have made a humble attempt toshare with you a few basic goodthoughts, about living our day todaylives & make our lives peaceful.
