Herts corner is a footballing magazine which will be based around
football clubs in Hertfordshire.
Our magazine will look at:
• Insights into some of the biggest football clubs in Hertfordshire
• In-depth interviews with club staff and footballers
• Behind the scenes in some of the biggest football clubs and academies
in Hertfordshire
3. USP- (Unique Selling Point)
‘Herts Corner’ is a magazine which is
exclusive to the region of Hertfordshire.
This means that our we cover exclusive
content based o Hertfordshire football
teams, such as Watford F.C., Onslow
Football Academy and more.
5. Targets and Competition
Our long term goal for ‘Herts Corner is to be a very well
known brand across the county.
Because of this we have planned to aim our magazine
to as wide a demographic as we possibly can.
• Our target audience would be aged 14-25
• ‘Herts Corners’ Primary target audience would
usually be 14-25 year old males
• However due to the recent rise in interest of
women's football, our secondary audience would also
be 14-25 year old women.
FourFourTwo would be one of our top
competitors, because of their national brand, it
would be hard for ‘Herts Corner’ to beat them.
However with clever articles and well designed
magazines, we would try to outsell
FourFourTwo in the Hertfordshire area
6. Marketing and distribution
‘Herts Corner’ believes that social media
is the best platform to advertise our
product on.
Because our target demographic is
younger we've determined that the three
social media platforms that we would
focus on would be Snapchat, Twitter and
Instagram
