are used to talk about real or unreal situations. In general, conditional phrases
carry the word "if".
Keep in mind that there is no verb tense for the English conditional as it exists in
Spanish. At the same time, the auxiliary verb "would" is used to form the
conditional in English.

5. This type of conditional is used for the future and in cases where it is very
likely that the condition will pass.
Examples:

doesn’t rain.
