Responsibilities: The Center Director manages and oversees donor center staff and
operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT.
Acts as a liaison with all corporate functions to ensure center compliance
and performance. Maintains compliance with SOP, current Good
Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP), and regulatory guidelines.
Accomplishments: Leader of a team of up to 50 employees responsible for opening and
operating two successful Blood Plasma Centers. I managed the opening of a new
Cleveland OH center leading it to the fastest growing center ever for the company.
Within one year I was able to bring the center production to over 2000 donations per
week while meeting all compliance regulations and successfully passing all audits.
Have managed to lead the Charleston WV center through 3 FDA audits, CLIA audits,
PPTA audits, State Health Department Audits and Internal audits all with no citations or
Critical findings. As a result the Charleston WV center was operated a very high level of

in to leadership positions, Have managed to establish a culture of uncompromising
