With a strong background in almost every aspect of Hospital, Surgery Center and Clinic
Operations, as well as confident knowledge base of both surgical device and
pharmaceutical relationships within these facilities, I present my resume for the position
of Sales Consultant for the Northwest Region. While my sales territory in my history has
predominantly been the State of Oregon, I have also covered Washington, Idaho,
Montana and Northern California.

My history includes a strong knowledge of implants, disposables, capital equipment and
biotech sales, giving me experience in P&T committees, Value Analysis committees, OR
selling, Sterile Processing and Materials Management. I also have a healthy background
in instrument and equipment maintenance and repair. My experience working through a
distributor has given me valuable experience in sales forecasting and growth projections.

While managing territories and closing deals has been the mainstay of my career, I (we)
have also been part of this ever changing and increasingly difficult to access industry that
calls for a critical and broad strategies for long-term growth. As a result, my ability to
live in and outside the box at the same time due to policy at both industry and
institutional level have led to my success at every stop.

I am firmly rooted in Eugene, heart of the Southern Oregon territory. In my more than 10
years selling in the Northwest region, I have developed solid, long lasting relationships of
trust, confidence and friendship with Surgeons, Coordinators and Supply Chain Managers
in this geographically challenging territory. My skills to lead are largely due to a natural
ability based on my personality and refined through internal responsibilities within my
