Daily planning of Maintenance activities for Team members and Team leader.
Attend Daily Board meeting and Nerve center meeting to address maintenance issues.
Ensure safe working practices by regular SOTs and effective implementation of SOPs.
Maintaining WPO and 5’S standards at the working area.
Planning and Implementation of PM, TPM and PDM programs.
Drive PM/PDM program and its monthly review for the compliance through watch board.
Effective implementation of Maximo software for Maintenance activities. Timely closure of
Maximo PM, PDM and Break down work orders.
Maintain and update data base for shop equipments.
Achieving uptime as per target.
1. MTTR and MTBF report generation for identified equipment of body shop and its analysis.
2. Filling up PPSR and Tracking of its action items till closure to improve uptime.
3. Brain storming for the repetitive break downs and action item implementation
Maintenance of welding transformers, welding guns, Pneumatics fixtures, sealer pumps,
hydraulic lifter, COE conveyor, Mig welding machines, Demag hoists, Centrifugal pumps,
Hear Exchangers, Fanuc Robots, Hemming fixture, exhaust fans, AHU, Servo drive etc
Achieving cost targets by
- Carrying out CAPEX and OPEX budget requirements of Bodyshop and compliance to
approved items
- repairing/localizing spares
-Active implementation of suggestion and kaizens for cost saving ideas.

-Preparing structured spare matrix for each line and equipment.

CN100 (Enjoy):
Actively involved in Enjoy project for erection and commissioning of pneumatic fixtures,
welding transformer, Demag hoists, sealer pumps, main framer, electrical panels, weld bus,
air and water distribution networks.
Closely monitored Tracking and closure of CN100 related punch points by following up
with project team and suppliers.
Implemented project improvement activities for CN100 related to error proofing, ergo
issues, localization.
Hemming:
Actively involved in new project for erection and commissioning of IT guns, pneumatic and
electro-pneumatic fixtures, Hemming cell, Fanuc Robot, centrifugal pumps, manipulators,
Demag hoist, Turn table, air and cooling water network for Hemming line.
Closely monitored tracking and closure of Hemming related punch points by following up
with project team and suppliers.
Involved in erection and commissioning of chiller, exhaust fan, centrifugal pumps.
Balancing of exhaust fans using static and dynamic balancing methods.
Press shop:
Actively involved in Press shop maintenance activities since October 15.
Acquired basic knowledge related to Press operation and maintenance.
Taking active part in Press shop break down related issues and its repair activity.
Looking after Press shop spare parts monitoring to ensure spares availability.
