Cause
Inferior brushes and or rollers used.
Inexperienced applicators.
Solution
Use specified application or tools (refer to data sheets).
Never rush applying product, always cut in and roll working as a team and do not allow the
applicator cutting in to run ahead of the roller applicators.
Rollers must always cross roll and check the applied area has no missed spots before moving on.

Laibach Winesissituatedin the Simonsbergvalley,Stellenboschandgrow variouscultivars including:
Merlot,CabernetSauvignon, Pinotage,Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, PetitVerdot),Chenin Blanc, Malbec
and Viognier(1hectare).
Our products used (Hydrosilk,MediflexandHydrowash Chlorine Free) were testedforreleasable
concentrationsof organohalogensthat can contribute to “cork-taint” and relatedoff-flavoursin
wineriesandwine.
The atmosphericanalysis releasedbythese products revealedNO or very low levelsoforganohalogens
(ANISOLES & PHENOLS).These include the organochloridesand organobromine compounds as stipulated
by Thales Wine Service.
Dekro Paints was requestedto provide a specificationto redecorate the estate boundary walls that had
high levelsofmouldand fungal growth visible.We recommendedusingHydrowashAntifungal prior to
high pressure jettingthe surface to remove all fungae and laitance from the walls.The wall was coated
with a full prime of Dekrolite Masonry Primerand two coats of Super FIbretex.

of November.Thisvery well organisedevent
showcasedthe versatilityof the Dekro Groupas we sponsoredall eightraces on the day. The races were broadcast live
on Tellytrack 239 on DSTV and prizesawarded to trainers and jockeysby representativesfrom all our subsidiaries.
