4. The Exclusive Preverco Oil
The oil used by Preverco is a hybrid product essentially
composed of 100 % natural oil without VOC (volatile organic
compounds). Its special formulation allows it to be applied at the
factory, increasing the uniformity of the product on the
wood’s surface and its impregnation.
This industrial application provides wood with an unequalled
beauty, protection and an additional resistance to the
finish. Whether it is for a complete revitalization or a partial
repair, perfectly compatible oils with the initial application
are used manually and applied with cloth or with polishing-
machine following a very simple procedure.

9. MAINTENANCE
Using Preverco hardwood floors cleaner is
essential. It should be used to preserve the finish
of your floor especially in high traffic areas. This
product can be used for PreOilTM oiled floors as
well as regular pre-finished floors.
Never clean the floor with water.
In addition, some precautions will help to
preserve the beauty of your floor:
• Regularly sweep or vacuum the floor to
remove all dry dirt
• If liquid is spilled on the floor, wipe
immediately with a dry cloth
• Use felt pads under all furniture legs.

10. REVITALIZATION
Preverco offers a whole
range of maintenance
products, to repair and
revitalize your PreOilTM
oiled floor. The
procedure varies
slightly depending on
the work to be done.
When simple cleaning is not enough anymore to restore the original appearance of
your PreOilTM oiled floor or after a major damage (such as a deep scratch)
revitalization or repair may become necessary.
NOTE: FIRENZE and BARCELONA colors consist of a 2 stains mix,
applied in factory. Contact our technical staff if you want to make a
