My key responsibility in this role is to set up a manufacturing facility for the HD concentrate
manufacturing, & explore market potential for further product portfolio related to Renal industry. My
role includes:
To carry out feasibility study for Fresenius Dialysate manufacturing in India through green
field plant or acquisition
Responsible for investigating capital investments projects within the field of Dialysate
manufacturing.
Coordination of discipline engineering projects from project proposal to final project
handover to production.
Responsible for specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition, for leading
review and verification of engineering activities to ensure cross-disciplinary coordination,
consistency and compliance (schedule, budget and quality).
To support the development of Dialysate production facility through effective leadership,
coaching and conflict resolution to the project team in order to meet project goals and
objectives.
Participate in supplier selection and negotiation. & supervise the daily activities, including
contractors and suppliers.
To drive continuous improvement in the organization to setup system & process in following
domains: People, Process, Services, Organization & Products with facilitation & rigrous
monitoring at all India level.
