My key responsibility in this role is to set up a manufacturing facility for the HD concentrate
manufacturing, & explore market potential for further product portfolio related to Renal industry. My
role includes:
 To carry out feasibility study for Fresenius Dialysate manufacturing in India through green
field plant or acquisition
 Responsible for investigating capital investments projects within the field of Dialysate
manufacturing.
 Coordination of discipline engineering projects from project proposal to final project
handover to production.
 Responsible for specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition, for leading
review and verification of engineering activities to ensure cross-disciplinary coordination,
consistency and compliance (schedule, budget and quality).
 To support the development of Dialysate production facility through effective leadership,
coaching and conflict resolution to the project team in order to meet project goals and
objectives.
 Participate in supplier selection and negotiation. & supervise the daily activities, including
contractors and suppliers.
 To drive continuous improvement in the organization to setup system & process in following
domains: People, Process, Services, Organization & Products with facilitation & rigrous
monitoring at all India level.
