Recruitment Life Cycle(RLC)
Stages of life cycle are: Research, Source, Screening, Submission,
Interview and Placement.
Research:
A detailed study of requirement in order to understand level of job,
technical aspects, urgency of talent, project of placement, target
industry and salary offer.
Source:
Sourcing happens from job boards, professional networking websites,
social networking websites and head hunting through cold calling. We
try to get maximum number of profiles through these practices.
Recruitment Life Cycle(RLC)
Screening:
We will screen all sourced resumes and look for required skill set. This
stage will narrow down number of resumes to identify suitable profiles
for the client requirement. This stage also require to check the
background of candidate’s professional and personal life.
Submission:
Submit suitable profiles to client within committed time limit. This
stage will reflect our turn around time(tat) to submit relevant profiles.
We follow a decent format in submitting profiles along with summary
of profiles in spread sheet.
Recruitment Life Cycle(RLC)
Interview:
After reviewing submitted profiles, client will give feedback.
Depending on interview panel availability, recruiter will schedule
interview for shot listed candidates. This stage may contain sub stages
like telephonic interview, personal interview, technical interview and
HR interview. Recruiter will play a role of a bridge between candidate
and candidate through time effective communication.
Placement:
This stage is addition of selection process, issuing offer letter, notice
period discussion and joining formalities. Engage candidate every
week if the notice period is a month or more.
Contract Information
• After fulfilling first three positions with any Client, we offer to sign
a contract of duration one year.
• Under contract, we would be assigning a dedicated recruiter for that
particular client. A recruiter then becomes a single point of contact for
respective client. This will make recruitment process more effective.
• At the end of contract option would be available for client to renew it
for next year or anywhere in future depending on their employment
hiring plan.
