To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Jason McKendrick. I was not Jason’s
primary supervisor; however as the Vice President of Community Centers during his
employment, I was very aware of his contributions and professional development.
In short, Jason is an action oriented “doer”. He makes things happen by bringing a strong
sense of purpose, responsibility and creativity to his work. Not only is Jason the type of
person who is committed to achieving his goals and objectives as an individual
contributor, he is an energetic collaborator and motivates others to help achieve the
team’s objectives. Jason is a communicator, a connector, and a community builder.
Jason’s impact to our organization has been significant, including the oversight of a
complete fitness center renovation, the improvement of communication channels and
member relations, and the development of several grass roots sales and marketing
strategies. Additionally, he was an active contributor and key member of our national
general manager operations group.
I highly recommend Jason for employment. He is a dedicated individual contributor and
an enthusiastic team player. Jason would be a great asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
Tom Nelson
