To Whom It May Concern:
This is a recommendation for Jason Fitzenberger in support of his academic record and personal
character as a student at Winona State University. Jason attended my Sports Marketing class last spring
and contributed significantly to the learning experience including successfully managing a 3-on-3
hockey fundraising event as his project for the course. The event raised money and food donations for
the local food bank. He also was enrolled in my Professional Selling class a year ago and was a very
activate contributing member of that experience. Mr. Fitzenberger has demonstrated an ability to be
prepared for lectures, discussions, and group presentations, and a positive influence on other students.
Beyond school Jason has the personal characteristics to succeed professionally. He feels a personal
obligation to do his fair share and more, and consequently, he will contribute positively to any work
environment. In addition, he has specific career interests in sales and marketing, thus I believe he will
perform exceptionally. Jason is what I would call a ‘finisher’, he completes what he starts. He also
possesses very good communication skills.
I strongly recommend Jason as the type of individual that will positively impact the performance of your
