This is our Opening Sequence Location Research i have done

1. Location Research
These are the three locations that we could have used for filming the external house
scenes:
We chose the house in the middle because we had easier access to this rather than the
other house because of its location and it was hard for the other members of the team to
get to the house. Also the first house had the addition of the back gate, which could use
for additional filming. We have also chosen this location because there is no sound in
background; Middle picture area where it is seem to have less traffic coming up down it
road because it built up area. We have compared them with other two areas as well which
have too much sound in background making hard for film to place for us to get right
effect we want.
Another reason for casting the middle house is that at our other location’s, the homes
don’t have types of features we want, for example we want a back garden entrance that
leads into back door which goes into living room. The picture on the left does have back
gate, but isn’t very easy to film and the back door goes into the kitchen not living area.
The location on right doesn’t have back gate that is assessable for anything to fit
through so filming can’t be done. But the middle house has a back entrance which offers
us good filing ideas.
These are the three different locations that we could have used for the internal house
scenes:
We again chose the one to the middle because of it is easier for all of the members of the
team to get to the house. Also the addition of the door on the left would make it easier to
film the scene in one take. Plus this location will be available a lot more given us more
time to get it just right. Another reason that chosen this house is because that the front
room where filming take place has lot more room for getting different angles and
different effects of the shot.

2. Location Research
The last filming spot need is for the when we are doing is early in morning scene, it will
be done as soon as sun is coming up and there is enough light to get filming done plus to
get the perfect effect. There are many places we fought about, we fought about cherry
Hinton hall but there are no hills, we fought about gognor hills but there just hills and no
nature. So then we figured that we could use wader bury a great nature reserve, it has just
right effect we need with the light coming in right angle there would also often be frost,
and there is nature all around for example tress and leaves on floor plus the added effect
of bird in air without the motorway or road nearby.
