9. Solution Based Training
This type of training begins with the
question: “What is the issue you
are trying to solve?”
Solution based training is about
identifying a problem, analyzing what
type of intervention is required to solve
it (this could be training,
coaching or mentoring), designing the
intervention and then measuring the
results afterwards to determine the
return on investment.

12. Coaching Programme Options
Option 1
Programme of 4-8 weekly or fortnightly sessions of approximately
one hour’s duration. The first session is used to identify the area to work
on.
Option 2
Programme of 4-8 weekly or fortnightly sessions of approximately
1.25 hours which include 15 minutes working on grammatical errors in
the language and new vocabulary. English classes of one hour will also
be scheduled once/month to teach language based on previous error
tracking.
