This was a startup company that acquired fledgling dental offices and turned them into
successful practices. I covered multiple roles in the company as we were brand new and in
order to be successful we had to use our time and energy creatively. This meant wearing
multiple “hats” within the company. In a year and a half we successfully grew from
managing one dental practice to eleven.
Developed all accounting procedures and protocols including setting up QuickBooks, accounts
payable and receivables procedures as well as all payroll processing procedures. Instrumental in
establishing budgets and protocols for each practice.
