19. CONCLUSIONS
Over the last 20 years, both Europe and other
continents have completed more than a few projects
that we could learn from, rather than learn from
our own mistakes.
On global market there are only a limited number
of railway lines which could play a key role
in intercontinental freight transport.
Development of rail hinterland infrastructure
is a key to competitive advantage in regions.
Even if you act locally, you need to think globally.
