CAREER OBJECTIVE
I’m a field technician with over 10 years ofexperience inbothon-site and remote access, phone support, events, andtraining. I have worked onmultiple POS software for major
clients such as McDonald's, Burger King, Popeye’s, Starbucks and Microsoft and have been certified with several awards during my career.
Until recently, I led multiple installations with McDonald's and Starbucks for NewPOS and HME (Drive-thruHeadset) Corp, a software developer focusedon POS for the fast food
industry. In this role I was focused on installing new systems and programming each store, although I have done extensive POS work in the past. Successes included opening
store on-time for business and open support while they're open.
Colleagues know me as a highly creative technician who canalways be trustedto come upwith a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try
to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m
at my best collaborating with others.
I have certifications for every project that my previous company had put me in as a lead technician.
