Work for a variety of clients including a financial planner, lighting manufacturer,
various merchandising companies, and the Albuquerque Bio Park. Duties include
maintaining mailing lists and doing large-scale mailings, coordinating a large-scale
fund raising project, general office duties, organizing or revamping office
filing systems, editing manuscripts, proofing and correcting websites, answering
phones, and merchandising items in national retailers.
Was the property manager of a town home complex of 32 homes, duties included
dealing with residents and their various issues, all banking and bill paying, getting
bids for various projects, preparing for taxes, meeting prep, and maintaining the
look of the property.
