ACT I

EXT. THE WOODS- DAY
MEL is a wearing a black outdoor coat with navy jeans covered
on blood with a black eye on her left eye and a bruise next
to her chin.
ELLIE is wearing as light blue demur jacket and a grey
tracksuit with a bruise on her jawline.
Mel and Ellie are walking though large and colourful woods
with nothing but trees and bushes everywhere. Ellie trips
over a big branch and falls over. Mel then turns round and
decides to just stare at Ellie.
MEL
We've got to keep moving, come on.
ELLIE
(Breathing heavily)
Give me a minute.
Mel walks over to Ellie and help her keep moving.
MEL
We can't stop to rest, after what we
did, all we can do is keep moving.
We'll reach the town very soon.
ELLLIE
Can I ask you something?
MEL
What is it?
ELLIE
Why did you kill him?
MEL
Look, I didn't even mean to hit him
that hard. Either way, he was beating
you wasn't he?
ELLIE
Well yeah. But still, he didn't
deserve to die.
Ellie stares at Mel and both keep on walking through the
woods again.

INT. THE COLLEGE DORMS- DAY
Flashback:
Mel is is staring at Jesse's lifeless body with a stocked
look on her face.
Ellie is standing in the Connor of the dorm room with marvel
and Star Wars posters all over room. she glances back and
forward at Jesse's lifeless body.
JESSE is wearing a a white t shirt with alcohol stains with
black ripped jeans with a pool of blood next to his head.
MEL
(breathing heavily)
Ellie, grab everything you need, we
need to leave right now!
ELLIE
(Breathing heavily)
...Okay
Ellie grabs her coat runs out of the building with Mel and
into the woods as fast as they can.
EXT. THE WOODS- DAY
Mel and Ellie continue to wall through the woods at an above
average walking pace. Ellie hears I faint crunch of a stick
behind them and she turns round and sees nothing.
ELLIE
(worried)
Mel, Did you hear that?
Mel turns around and looks at the trees and she sees nothing.
MEL
No, why?
ELLIE
(worried)
I swear I heard something in the
trees. I think someone's fellowing us.
MEL
Stay alert Ellie, we've got to keep
moving, come on.

Mel and Ellie continue through the wood with worried
expressions on their faces. Ellie hears the crunch again but
this time it is louder and she turns around again but sees
nothing. she turns back round and keep walking. She hears it
for a third time and this time it is louder than ever and
tuns around. This time, Isaac run past Ellie and then tackles
Mel. Isaac then puts a pistol to Mel's head.
ISAAC is wearing a black jacket with black jeans and is
carrying a pistol in his hand.
ISAAC
(Angry)
Do you remember me?!
Ellie stares at Issac and Mel not knowing what to do and
fearing for Mel's life. Ellie is frozen in place with fear.
ISAAC
(Angry)
Well, do you!
ELLIE
(Scared)
No, I don't!
ISAAC
Well you should. Do you know that guy
your friend here killed... he was my
best friend.
ELLIE
What are you talking about?

ACT II

INT. THE COLLEGE DORMS- DAY
Flashback:
Isaac walks into his and Jesse's dorm room with super hero
and video game posters all over the walk and its two beds on
each side of the walls. He's sees Jesse's dead body with a
pool of blood. Isaac them falls to his knees and breaks down
next to Jesse's body. Isaac hears voices outside, two to be
exact, he stands up and trembles toward this window and sees
Mel and Ellie running for their lives into the woods. With an
angry yet determined face, he grabs the pistol in this
bedside drawer and begins stalking the girls.
EXT. THE WOODS- DAY
Isaac continues to stare at Ellie with angry look on his
face. His face continues to he more and more angry. He then
pulls the trigger the pistol and shoots Mel in the head.
ELLIE
(shouting)
NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Mel's body falls to the ground and bloods surrounds her
lifeless body. Isaac stares at Mel's dead body and then walks
towards Ellie back and forth as he tries to understand if
what he did was right or wrong.
ELLIE
(Upset voice)
Why? Why did you kill her?
Isaac stares down at Mel's dead body. He then looks up and
stares at Ellie.
ELLIE
Say something?
ISAAC
That little bitch got what she
deserved.
ELLIE
What?

Isaac turns around and walks away from Ellie without saying
anything back.
ELLIE
He was beating me you know!
Isaac stops walking. He still doesn't say anything
ELLIE
He was back bad man... and you knew
that fine well!
Isaac starts walking again until head out of site.
Ellie stands up and walks towards Mel's dead body. Ellie lies
down and hugs Mel's body as she comes to the realisation that
she is all alone in the woods and her protecter has been
killed. Ellie knows that she can't lie rounder body forever
and she knows that she needs to keep going and continues to
walk through the woods slowly. as the walks, she sees the
other town that Mel was taking about and walks towards it.

ACT III

EXT. THE OTHER TOWN- DAY
Ellie looks around the town and sees a tree on top of a hill
and walks towards it. She reaches the top of the hill and
then sits in front of the tree and then stares into the woods
she walked through and smiles.
