employed at Mi9 Retail as a Sr. Project Manager and PM team leader from June 2014 through
September 2015.
Upon joining the company, Gary assumed project management responsibility for a large and
complex project that was not managed properly to a defined scope by the prior project manager.
As a result, the project was behind schedule and over budget.
Gary immediately brought needed discipline to the project. He created a project plan, helped to
define the work that was in scope, generated new revenue by creating change orders for out of
