Jim Scott has worked as a full-time employee in my company for six years.
Jim has been my Sales Manager for the six year period, and personally sold 40% of all contracts
for the company during that time period, being only one of many hired to sell during that period.
Prior to my hiring Jim, he accounted for 24% of sales at a prior company, where over sixty
