Journeyman Pipe Fitter
Worked with helper pre-fabing lines on the ground.
Pre-fabed from 3’ to 10’ pipe. Prepped hangers &
Insured the correct ones for installation. Worked on
CLW recirc systems. Had to cut out damaged, misaligned
measurements & re-align pipe supports system that I
was not given update on my original Iso. Was responsible
for fabricating supports for same system. It had been hung
with dunage & it was kicked out. Materials, heavy supports,
as well hydro crew placed 10’ flex lines on top of. Required
massive re-work to all 3 systems due to these conditions.
7/2013- transferred to start-up crew/worked as pipe fitter and
millwright. Was responsible for two crews to finish up work
and complete on schedule. During this time was also
responsible to manufacture temporary garlock gaskets for
start-up crews. Oversaw Fitalit Varnish coating as was needed
for completion of hydrogen systems.

for clarifier, tanks, motors, pumps & assuring that pipe
was properly hung within tolerances.

Was lead maintenance tech. For 2-8 colors, 4-6 color
printing machines. Was responsible for maintenance on
fly repairs & major repairs as was needed. Worked with
chiller systems, oven dryer systems & from front to back
operation of the machinery. Worked out P.M. plans &
was responsible for hydraulic, electrical & pneumatic
systems equipment. Set & adjusted electronic eyes,
stacker systems & robotic arm stackers.
Worked with & coordinated all maintenance &
installed & oversaw installation of pipe, hangers &
insulation of two new machines.
