Responsible for the management of all IT and quality systems across 5 plants within the United
States and Mexico. Work with upper management to determine company objectives. Coordinate with
project teams to carry out actions and achieve company goals. Accountable for the strategic direction,
implementation, support, and development of all IT related systems, including Data Warehousing,
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Facilities Management, Forecasting, Manufacturing Execution
Systems (MES), Procurement and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Project Lead, Office and Plant System Upgrade – Complete Infrastructure Upgrade
 Led and managed major system upgrades across all departments throughout the organization.
Supervised all requirements gathering, pricing, programming consultants, hardware and software
installation, and testing. Managed project budget of $250K. Result: Increased data storage
capacity by 1400%, network speed from 10 to 10/100/1000 Mbps, reduced design time by 33-
66%. Project was completed 35% under budget.

Project Lead, Quality System Upgrade – ISO Migration /TS Certification
 Led the migration from ISO 9001:2000 to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Later modified existing and
added new processes, procedures, and documents to acquire TS 16949 certification for
production stamping work. Results: Reduced time required to reach TS certification by 66%. Due
to successful TS certification, Majestic has since increased its yearly revenue by 10% due to new
production business contracts. Currently projecting an additional 10% from new production
stamping business for 2016. Completed project on time and 25% under budget.
Project Lead, Company Security Upgrade
 Designed and implemented a multi-tiered security system, including firewalls, anti-virus systems,
and spam protection. Result: Zero infections in the first year, and an 85% reduction in spam.
Completed this project 11% under budget.
Key Team Member/Consultant, AutoForm Simulation Software
 Facilitated the successful installation of new AutoForm simulation software, simulation processing
server, and expanded data storage by 66% to accommodate increased data storage needs.
Result: Since implementing AutoForm, formability processing time has decreased by 75%, and
