States and Mexico. Work with upper management to determine company objectives. Coordinate with

implementation, support, and development of all IT related systems, including Data Warehousing,
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Facilities Management, Forecasting, Manufacturing Execution

capacity by 1400%, network speed from 10 to 10/100/1000 Mbps, reduced design time by 33-

Project Lead, Quality System Upgrade – ISO Migration /TS Certification
Led the migration from ISO 9001:2000 to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Later modified existing and
added new processes, procedures, and documents to acquire TS 16949 certification for
production stamping work. Results: Reduced time required to reach TS certification by 66%. Due
to successful TS certification, Majestic has since increased its yearly revenue by 10% due to new
production business contracts. Currently projecting an additional 10% from new production
stamping business for 2016. Completed project on time and 25% under budget.
Project Lead, Company Security Upgrade
Designed and implemented a multi-tiered security system, including firewalls, anti-virus systems,
and spam protection. Result: Zero infections in the first year, and an 85% reduction in spam.

Facilitated the successful installation of new AutoForm simulation software, simulation processing
server, and expanded data storage by 66% to accommodate increased data storage needs.
