Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Metallic Materials, at
Politecnico di Milano
Since May 2016 Seat Responsible for new Coupé and Convertible
vehicles at Maserati
Main activities:
- responsible for concept phase and feasibility
- seat system DFMEA responsible
- designers and co-designer supplier management
- product card release (standards rules, Bom view, technical target and
specification)
From April 2015 to April 2016 Seat Responsible for Current Production
Sedans - Ghibli and Quattroporte at Maserati
Main activities:
- drafting of business case and feasibility analysis for new contents
- coordination between Maserati department (Quality, Ergonomics,
Marketing&Product)

- referent for plant and central Quality and Warranty
Achievements:
- cost reduction changes (ECN) for a value of approximately 30 € per
car set
- solved quality issue on seats kit (wrinkles, discomfort, noises) in 6
months, from May 2015 to October 2015
- arranged a clear workflow for the ECN between Maserati an seats
supplier and introduced 20 ECN in 8 month, from May 2015 to
December 2015

- coordination of development of new rear seat for Levante

EXPERIENCE
From October 2013 to September 2014: Focused Improvement Pillar
Leader into WCM program, as a parallel activity to Program Manager in
Zanini Spa.
Main activities:
- SMED
- Dissemination of WCM know-how and methodologies within the
company (analisys 5G,4M, 5W+1H, 5why, Kaizen,…)
- Support to the other pillars of the program
From July 2013 to September 2014: Advanced Quality in addition to the role
of PM in Zanini Spa
Main activities:
- Check of possible critical product and process, since the early design
stages
- Problem analysis on existing products (FMEA)
From August 2011 to September 2014: Program Manager at Zanini Spa (a
leading company in the automotive sector for the provision of aesthetic
components), directly reporting to the Ceo.

- Coordination of all phases of development, from offer to production, in
four plants in Italy and abroad
- Check of costs and timing compliance
- Referee for domestic and foreign customers (Spain, Mexico, Turkey,
USA, Germany, Czech Republic)
- Development activities management with frequent direct visits to

- Check of assets in charge to suppliers or partners in order to achieve
